Lock changing & installation - it is always a good idea to change your locks when you move into a new home or between tenants if you have properties that you rent out. Broken key extraction - keys can easily become bent, which will considerably weaken them. Straightening will weaken them further and if used, they are likely to break - usually inside the lock!
