Our main door Yale lock's latch is broken and is in locked mode (the small circular latch which we use to lock the door from inside). Even though we have tried to open it using the keys from outside, its not working as the latch itself is locked out from inside the house and is broken. Can you help in fixing it please? If so, what is your service charge please?
