Tim came to my property to replace a faulty door locking mechanism. He didn't do what he said he was going to do, he did MUCH, MUCH better! He identified the fault and was able replace the defective parts for the lock with spares that he carried with him. The work was completed very quickly and the price charged was brilliant as the cost of spares was significantly less than a replacement part.
